A Word From Management
Hi there,
I'm Natalie, the Manager of Kidz Come First,
​
First of all I want you to know that should you ever consider sending your child(ren) to Kidz Come First, not only will they be safe, secure and provided with activities that will promote their learning; but they will be in a caring, happy and child centred environment where, I believe, they will always want to come back to.
​
I have been working with children in nurseries, schools, after school club, and holiday clubs for over 17 years. I also have a degree in Early Years and Education studies and I’m a qualified Mentor and Early Years Practitioner. My passion and purpose in life is to inspire and motivate children to be all they can be, to be a better version of themselves, alongside me and my team supporting parents/carers. I aspire to make a difference in children’s lives, and I want all children to feel warm, welcome and feel like they belong in my Kidz Come First family.
The key principle I like to share is having respect for others. For example, for those children who may need some support for self-esteem and self-confidence building, Kidz Come First is the right place to be. I run a short business class for children to learn how to manage money and think business-minded.

I also teach children practical life skills that support parents to ensure that their children respect and are kind to others. The name of my business speaks for itself, I love children and as long as I have my business and parents that are confident that I will always put their ‘kidz first’.
