We pride ourselves on employing staff who are experienced, warm, fun and ensure children have an unforgettable experience with us. Kidz Come First has a team of quality, experienced staff, who are DBS and hold professional childcare qualifications.

A Word From Management
Meet Natalie, a passionate and dedicated childcare manager who absolutely loves working with children.
With over 24 years of experience working with children in nurseries, schools, after-school clubs, and holiday clubs. She has developed a deep understanding of the unique needs and developmental stages of children. Additionally, Natalie holds a degree in Early Years and Education studies and she is also a qualified Mentor and Early Years Practitioner. Natalie's passion is to inspire and motivate children to be the best versions of themselves, while also supporting parents and carers. She strives to make a positive difference in children's lives and her team wants every child to feel welcomed and included in her Kidz Come First family.
Natalie and her staff also recognise the importance of collaboration and open communication with parents and carers. She believes that building a strong partnership with families is essential in creating a holistic and supportive environment for children.
Natalie actively seeks feedback from parents, listens to their concerns, and works together with them to ensure the best possible care for their children.
Natalie's goal is to create an environment where children learn and engage in stimulating activities that cater to each child’s interests and developmental needs. Whether it’s through art, sports, cooking, baking, outdoor play, and self esteem & confidence building workshops. Natalie ensures that every child can learn life skills that will carry them through to their adulthood.
